No matter what role I have held, I have always desired and yearned to be a problem solver. As my motherhood grew, my engineering career become less prominent in my life. Despite that though, I still desire to help others. Not just anyone though, ones that I can have true empathy for.

I desire to help those who have been in my shoes, because in addition to problem solving, I have learned that being empathetic with my clients is the quickest way to finding and solving the root cause of their problems.

I have most likely been in your shoes before, whether that is lactating in the workplace or struggling with babies who have poor oral function.
